Your Package includes: Ground transfers between Huatulco International Airport to the hotel, and from the hotel to the marina each day- 7 nights at the Maria Mixteca Hotel, 5 full days offshore fishing- Beers, Soda’s, Breakfast and Lunch.
An important note to remember: Hotel tariffs may change during Christmas/ Easter holidays as well as July/August holidays.
Deposits of 50%: at the time of your reservation is required to secure your booking and price of package is then guaranteed. A Max. of 4 anglers.
Final Payment: is due (60) day’s prior to departure date of your trip. If payments have not been received by the designated time, GFC Huatulco reserves the right to sell the spaces in question there fore forfeiting deposit paid.
Forms of Payment: (for reservations and balance)Acceptable forms of payment to GFC Huatulco are: bank wire transfer (S.W.I.F.T.) in USD and/or Euro funds only. In Huatulco we accept only cash.
Cancellation Policy: If for some unfortunate reason you wish to cancel your trip within 61 days of departure, your deposit will be refunded, less a $400 cancellation fee per person ($200 of which may be applied toward a future trip during the next consecutive fishing season). If you cancel your trip, for weather reason, (60) days, or less, prior to your date in Huatulco, your final payment will be transferred to a later date (not to exceed twelve months). However, your entire deposit will be forfeited. In the event of a "NO SHOW" all monies are forfeited.
Responsibility: GFC Huatulco, it's employees and agents, assume no liability for the service of any transport inconvenience, which may be used in providing service to the guest. Neither will GFC Huatulco be responsible for any injury, loss or damage caused by accidents or other events, including acts of God or weather conditions, or by any action or negligence of attendants of third parties, or any act, error or omission, injury, loss or accident, delay or irregularity which may occur for any reason, including neglect or default of any individual or company engaged in providing service to guest.
Tips: are always choices of the guest and their experience of service and attention to detail that our friendly staff give; 10% of the daily rate is recommended.
About Your Trip: Flights leave several times a day to Mexico City from all the major U.S. and European gateways, with a flight time from Miami, Houston and Los Angeles of just 2-3 hours, and about 9-10 hours from Paris, London and Madrid. After clearing customs, GFC Huatulco’s chauffeur will meet you to drive you to your Hotel, a 20 minutes trip. You will easily recognize our chauffeur; he'll be wearing a GFC Huatulco T-shirt. The Maria Mixteca Hotel has 14 suites. The suites are complete with: refrigerator, air conditioning, remote control TV and cable programming, safety box, purified water. Other facilities the Hotel are: Oaxaca Sabor restaurant and exclusive bar, Internet access. GFC Huatulco fishing, charter boats are ready to leave the Marina Chahue docks at sunrise 6-6:30 a.m. Sit back and enjoy the best “spots" your captain can find, plus delicious lunches, sodas and beer, prepared fresh daily. Fishing ends when you are done. Because of the short runs to reach our fishing spots this allows true fishing time. Half-day charter starts up at Sunrise 6-6:30 a.m. and ends at 3:30 a.m, or starts up at 12:00 a.m. and ends at 05:00-6:30 p.m. After fishing, at the beach club, just 5 minutes away and the beach bar. After your final day of fishing, our chauffeur will transport you back to the Huatulco International airport.
